BANG INSTRUCTIONS

My BANG medium in 4 stages

 

 

 

1/ I choose:

 

 

a BANG ticket

 

If I travel only very occasionally 

 

    €0.10 for the first purchase (on board vehicles, in Edgard sales offices in points of sale)

    Without any prior registration

    Note, this medium provides no after-sales service: it does not allow for any reimbursement in the event of damage or malfunction. Likewise, no trip may be re-credited on it.

 

 

OR personal BANG card

 

    if I travel often

    €5 on the first purchase (only in Edgard sales offices), offered whenever a season ticket is purchased.

    Mandatory registration in one of the Edgard sales offices, or by letter sent to the Edgard customer service department:

I will need to provide a recent identity photo and document.

 

 

 

    This allows for the monitoring of my file and the benefit of the after-sales service.

1/ I top it up by purchasing the travel ticket of my choice...

 

...from among the tickets allowing me to travel only on the Edgard network, or from multi-network tickets allowing me to travel on the Edgard+Tango and/or NTECC networks.

 

 

 

    The BANG ticket can only be topped up with 1 Trip, 2 trip, 10 trip or multi-network day PASS tickets.

    The BANG card may be topped up with all travel tickets

 

 

 

3/ I look after it and top it up

 

    All tickets can be topped up at Edgard sales offices and in points of sale (also in TANGO and NTECC points of sale for multi-network tickets)

 

 

 

    The ticket can be topped up only once the number of trips credited has been "fully used up".

 

Special cases:

 

The 2-trip ticket can be topped up if the 2 trips have not been used up.

 

The topping up of the 10-trip ticket can be carried out once the number of trips still pending is lower than or equal to 10.

 

    To top up a travel ticket different to that initially topped up, a period of 60 minutes will be necessary between the last validation and the top-up.

 

 

 

4/ I validate it each time I embark

 

To comply with the rules, all travellers must validate it each time they embark, whatever the travel ticket used, in all vehicles, including transfers.

 

    Note: only the 10-trip ticket can be used by several people.
